Order Placement
Customers can place orders through our platform any time during the day. -
Delivery Timings
- Morning Delivery: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Evening Delivery (coming soon): 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Product Quality
We ensure the best quality of fresh fruits and vegetables. If there are any issues, customers must raise concerns within 2 hours of delivery. -
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only if the customer provides valid proof of damage (video or photo) at the time of unboxing. Our team will verify and confirm the refund or replacement. -
Payment Terms
We accept both prepaid and cash on delivery (COD). All payments must be made at the time of order confirmation or delivery. -
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before 8 AM on the day of order placement. Cancellations after this time will not be accepted. -
Availability of Products
All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform the customer and provide alternatives if possible. -
